How Ezywire® Works
Rolls of wire are in a vertical position, they rest on spinners which allow the rolls to turn so there is no friction damage to the wire coating.
Wire is then fed through the open rollers to tie onto the strainer post. Once the wire is tied off the middle roller is closed up which gives about 80% of the tension needed.
Once you are moving there is a disc brake system which is adjustable to give 100% tension. in actual fact the brake is powerful enough to lock the rollers completely if you wish to apply more tension at tie off.
Handles all types of prefabricated wire up to 1900mm high as well as various netting. Plain wire will also work through the rollers.
